We propose to you to the rent, on the commune of Cagnes-sur-Mer, this charming air-conditioned studio at 100 meters of the beach, with swimming pool, in a building of standing, of a surface of 30 m ² and being able to accomodate 2 travellers. Located on the 5th floor (with lift), it has a nice living room of 26 m², an open plan kitchen, a shower room and you can enjoy a terrace. Wifi (fibre optic), sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you!
The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A living room of 26 m² with TV, sofa, armchair, dining area and a queen-size bed (160×200).
- An open kitchen equipped with: electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, freezer, hotplates, Nespresso coffee machine...
- A shower room with shower and WC.
Outside :
- A swimming pool (shared, not heated) open from the end of May to the end of September (opening date not contractual), fenced with secure access, reserved for residents.
- A south-west facing terrace of 12 m² with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days.
The flat is ideally located in Cagnes-sur-Mer, in a very pleasant environment, in the heart of the Cros de Cagnes district, 100 metres from the small port, the beach and the seaside promenade. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops but also of boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
